Submersible Borehole Pumps

Key features:
- 4” well pumps available in 304 and 316 stainless steel.
- Impellers and diffusers robustly built from stainless steel sheet (minimum 1mm thickness), with each impeller vane secured by six spot welds.
- Wear rings and bearings designed for easy replacement, with generously sized bearings to optimise lubrication, located at each pump stage to assist shaft alignment.
- Jam-free check valve built into the discharge chamber, designed to give minimal head loss.
Flow capacity up to 13m3/h; pressures up to 35 Bar (350 m)
The 3" WPS-CP3 pump reaches speeds up to 8.200rpm and is sold as a kit consisting of: the high speed pump with motor, electrical cable, control panel with frequency drive, pressure vessel of 8 litre, manometer and a valve.
The pump is entirely made out of stainless steel and equipped with special bearings resisting to the high speed of performances

A range of five sizes of 4"submersible centrifugal pump with capacities from 0,5 to 15m³/h and heads up to 390m with motor ratings up to 7,5 kW. Vertical and horizontal position of operation. All the internal and external metal components of the pump are constructed of AISI 304 or AISI 316 grade stainless steel throughout, and are cold pressed from sheet of minimum 1mm thickness. The bearings and the neck rings are made from special high nitrile content rubber to ensure excellent resistance to wear.

This unique development is the first and only system capable of giving high flows at pre-set constant pressure by the use of specially developed high-speed pumpsets running at up to 6000rpm. Six models in the range give flows up to 6m2/h and heads to 150m
Because of the high operating speed, these pumps can be made significantly smaller / lighter / less expensive than conventional units giving the same performance - though this doesn'r mean thet they're not robust: in fact they incorporate components (304 S.S.) 20-100% more effective then any competitive product and have heavy duty bearings to ensure excellent reliability in the harshest environments.
The established well Pumps range of 4" borehole pumps - in 304 grade stainless steel - has now been augmented by the addition of a new HT (high temperature) version buiilt with 316 stainless steel for harsh environments. The WPS-HT has been specially designed for use in high temperature leachate pumping applications up to 60C. This has been achieved with the use of all 316 stainless steel materials and the development of a special motor to operate all these elevated temperatures. The elastomers are all in viton and the motor has a silicon / viton mechanical seal.
The performance range on the WPS-HT is up to 4m3/h with heads up to 120m. 12ms/h flows can be achieved up to 65m.
