A range of five sizes of 4"submersible centrifugal pump with capacities from 0,5 to 15m³/h and heads up to 390m with motor ratings up to 7,5 kW. Vertical and horizontal position of operation. Maximum fluid temperature 30°C ( for higher temperatures please contact us ) - Maximum permissible sand amount of suspended sand: 50 g/m³.
All the internal and external metal components of the pump are constructed of AISI 304 or AISI 316 grade stainless steel throughout, and are cold pressed from sheet of minimum 1mm thickness. The bearings and the neck rings are made from special high nitrile content rubber to ensure excellent resistance to wear and abrasion from any sand suspended in the well water.

Construction
- Couplings and flanges are suitable for motors with pump mountings in accordance with NEMA standards.
- Check valves are built into the discharge chamber and designed for low head loss.
- Oversized intermediate bearings are located at each pump stage to align the shaft and are specially designed to optimize lubrication.
- Wear-rings and bearings are easy to replace.
- A rugged cable guard is fitted.
- By using different vane shapes for each pump model the hydraulic performance is optimized to achieve high efficiency.
- The use of minimum 1mm thickness sheet components, 6 spot welding on each vane, special top bearings, rugged shaft couplings and 4 retaining straps gives the pump assembly a degree of resistance to corrosion and abrasion appropriate to the inherent qualities of the stainless steel from which it is built.
