Well Pumps Submersible Pumps |
Introduction
Well Pumps S.A. was created in 1995 by three young entrepreneurs with experience in submersibles who decided to fulfil a market requirement for 4" submersible pumps entirely made out of stainless steel.
It took them three years to put the machinery in place and to develop the production process but, after this start-up period, sales of the WPS pump type have led to success in the market. Flows up to 15m³/h for 50Hz pumps are available from the 4" pumps - and 18m³/h for the 60Hz version.
In 2003 Well Pumps S.A. started the production of 6" stainless steel submersible pumps with flows up to 55m³/h for 50Hz pumps and 68m³/h for the 60Hz version.
Today WPS pumps are sold all over the world and not only used for standard installations but also for severe duty applications : extreme high pressures, high water temperature, pumping of polluted water, etc., etc.
