Franklin Electric's Motors are manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards in order to ensure dependable, maintenance-free operation and provide long life for your submersible pump operation. Single-phase 4" motors are available in 0.37 to 2.2kW sizes and 0.37 to 185kW three-phase units range from 4" to 10" - all can be supplied for 50Hz or 60Hz power, are enclosed to IP68, have insulation class B - suitable for operation in ambient temperatures up to 30°C - and are suitable for operation in the vertical or horizontal position. NEMA standard flanges ensure compatibility with the vast majority of borehole pumps.
The high efficiency of the electrical design ensures cooler winding temperature for a long service life and lower operating cost.
