Soft Starter

General Description

Control panel for one pump with frequency inverter.

Electronic starter with frequency inverter for one three-phase deep well, submersible or surface pump, with electronic ammetric protection. Start the panel by turning the door interlocking general switch.

The pump starts when an input by an external electronic pressure sensor (4÷20 mA) occurs. The acceleration and deceleration ramps can be set up independently and every function is described on the external display.

The pump is protected from overload by electronic ammetric protection.

The inverter can be controlled by pc by connecting on the serial port RS232.

  • adjuster of max deliverable current;
  • adjuster of motor acceleration time;
  • adjuster of motor deceleration time;
  • green led for correct operation;
  • yellow led for end of ramp;
  • red led for sequence of phases alarm;
  • Circuit for sequence of phases incorporated in the Soft-Start;
  • By-Pass contactor 24Vac in AC3;
  • Thermal relay for motor overload protection with adjustable scale internally restorable;
  • Auxiliary circuits protection fuses;
  • Motor protection fuses;
  • Main switch with door interlock;
  • Metallic box;
  • Protection IP55;
  • Ambient temperature: -5/+40 °C;
  • Relative humidity 50% at 40 °C (not condensed).
